How I stay focused and consistent building products - build two at a time

Momentum is key for me in building products - so if I get a bit mentally stuck on one - I find it hugely helpful to bounce over onto the other one and do one of the tasks I've been putting off for a while.

This way, I keep momentum - forward motion. I've learned over the years that if I get stuck it can lead to a spiral that I won't detect for a week or so.

So, for the last day or two I've jumped back to aihairstyles.com to add a new style and fix some SEO bits. It was quick and stopped me ruminating on some issues with supapm.com that have been revealed from the closed beta launch this week.

Now that that's done, it's back to supapm.com - fixing the bugs and adding the feature to suggest competitors to monitor.
