Here's everything you need to check on your kart before heading out on track. Seasoned veterans of the sport will tell you that it can be the simplest thing that will ruin your day. A simple loose nut or bolt is an easy fix, but there are a lot of them on these karts. Here's a list of key areas to check before your race.

  1. Rear axel grub screws
  2. Throttle cable
  3. Wheel nuts
  4. Hub bolts
  5. Lube your chain (just a little)
  6. Engine mount and engine stop
  7. Tyre pressure
